Summer 2015, Nadia Michelidaki and Przemek Jeziorski departed on a 3-month travel adventure in Europe and Southeast Asia. They were already Airbnb hosts, so listing their own home while they were away came naturally. They quickly discovered that managing their Airbnb properties from across the globe was challenging. Very challenging.
Wifi and phone connections were sometimes scarce, scheduling cleaners and arranging check-ins between different time zones was difficult, and all-of- a-sudden, there was an emergency plumbing issue! What to do?
While looking for someone to help them manage their Airbnb properties, they came to the conclusion that there was no good solution. So, they put their heads together and they created the most flexible and complete Airbnb support services platform yet to exist. Their hometown, Berkeley, embraced the idea, which then spread quickly throughout the Bay Area.
